Does anyone out there know of where I can get a solo rear seat cowl? I never plan on having a passenger and I love the look of the single seat.

    Hi,
I have a NOS cover but it didn't come with any mounting hardware.
    In Australia though.

Please let me know if you have one! I would love to put one on my ‘83vf750. I will never have passengers so I would love one.

I bet I could find the hardware. Would you ship to the states?

I can certainly ship to the US - not sure how long it will take with CV hitting everything.
I will get some photos for you to assess the cover.

Hardware is tricky.....especially the seat lock latch. I have pics of the set up some place. Let me know if you need them.

Pic 1.... the grab handles go away and "plugs go in there place.
Pic 2.... a lock set goes on the top of the cowl.
Pic 3.... under the cowl , this is the bottom part of the lock set that goes into the following pic ...the hardest parts to find in my opinion.
Pic 4....the bolts that hold the cowl in place in the front. Under the seat you mount L brackets tha the bolts thread into.
Pic 5.... the other side. You have to make a hole in the seat pass the bolt through.
Pic 6.... that is the latch the lock set goes into. The latch has a small lever that "unlocks" the seat from the fram mount. That is how you remove the seat.

If you need more pics please let me know. The hardware is extreamly hard to find but not imposible to make . Only the seat latch is very hard to reproduce.
