Hey all, I have parts and pieces from a 1999 5 Gen. Essentially picture a 5 gen completely torn apart and that's the stuff I have. The body work and gas tank and the motor, well mostly the engine cases and top end bits, and clutch cover have been spoken for. That being said I do have the clutch assembly, baskets (inner and outer), plates (steel and friction), springs and pressure plate (all OEM) and entire transmission still available.

Although the larger body panels are spoken for, I do have some of the inner cowls and fairing mounting brackets, so if you need any of them, let me know. I have the dash (Mileage 39054) and headlight assembly as well. Picture taken just before gutting the poor bike.

Consider the number of parts and pieces I have, I'm just going to list a few that might be of interest, if I didn't list it's exclusion above or list it below, doesn't mean I don't have it, so feel free to ask.

Just a note, I do have some travel to do for work the next few weeks and in some cases will not have access to phone and/or internet for a good part of the day but I will try and keep up on this post when I can.

Here are some of the parts I have with pricing. I am not married to these prices and as long as you have a reasonable offer, I am willing to deal. Note that prices do not include shipping.

Front forks with steering head assembly. NOTE: New fork seals put in earlier this year and bearings are All-Balls tapered roller bearings. $325.00 for both

Rear Shock with triangles and dog bone $50

Full exhaust system, headers (Cat-less of course) and muffler. $195.00 NOTE: Muffler has a dent on underside of it.

    Rear Sub-frame $75.00

No, not my 5 Gen. It was a donor bike and the engine went FUBAR.

Yeah not mine thankfully, this is what the engine issue ended up being. Found the other bolt and one of the nuts laying in the belly pan!

Thought I'd add that I also have a center stand. My understanding is that this will also work with the 8 Gen but I do not have confirmation on that.
