i recently received some factory luggage and mounting hardware. The set sold to me lacked the spacers needed to raise the grab rails (08L41-MCW-80012 and 08L41-MCW-800123). A friend of mine thinks it’s possible to 3D print the missing parts if he had an STL file or a CAD file. Does anybody have an idea if they are possible to get?

Check with forum member Scubalong If I recall he has a 3D scanner at his work and he could possibly scan these, as I believe he has the OEM cases for his 6 Gen. Which is where these are part of, correct? No guarantees but worth a shot.

I'm sure I posted the diamensions a while ago - they are just a spacer (thick washer). A bit of tube with a M8 hole...

No, it’s a bit more complex than that.

It fits between the luggage bracket and the base of the grab rail.

The part in the picture is not a spacer. it is the rubber seal cover the hole where the luggage rack mounted to the passenger rail.
Let me take a look at mine and let you know what I can do.

    Cheers

Thanks for looking into it, really appreciated.

I kept calling it a spacer because all the parts lists labeled it that way. Didn’t really know what to call it.
