    Hi guys,

Thought I would bang my new bar end sliders on - quick n easy job (or so I thought!)..

Left hand side was a bit stiff, but eventually came off no problem. The throttle side is being a total f****** b******* however.

Can someone please confirm - is the screw for the throttle side bar end on a ‘clockwise to undo’ thread? Or is it a normal ‘counter-clockwise to undo’ thread?

    Any help gratefully received.

Yes, both screws are the same - counter-clockwise to undo. I had the same problem and ordered a set of Japanese screwdrivers - JIS style - problem solved. They look like a Phillips, but fit Japanese screws much more precisely.

    Thx man, appreciate the confirmation
I’ll also look to get me some Japanese screwdrivers.
