been looking online a bit for diagrams but not finding what I’m after.
I removed and rebuilt the carbs fine, but going back to installing all the vac and fuel lines from scratch has me a bit lost. I cannot find a clear picture of where the lines should go. Does anyone have vac and fuel diagrams that aren’t the ones from the workshop manual?

    Thanks

I've bought from them. I gave him the other link because he is in the UK. Not sure if JBM ships that far or not.

Thanks for the replies, but I’m after DIAGRAMS (pictures) not DIAPHRAGMS (rubber seals)

!! Blimey ! your bike won't run like that, lad !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you may have it a little wrong, jimbo. photos have mid-carb air lines incorrectly hooked to fuel lines, while they need to be capped off, sealed.

fuel lines are larger diameter, air vent lines smaller and usually capped off. looks like u have emission control carbs.

are you sure that fancy unusual orange hose is proppaly rated for petrol+E ? o_O

Thanks for the reply. Firstly the red hose is just a copy of the original black hose that was on the bike. I’m only using it for length/template until my new black stuff arrives. I only have one larger port which comes from the middle of the carbs off of the small aluminium tubes. All the carbs have a small side enters point and one has a secondary small entry point.

I have taken 3 more pictures, a bit closer this time with a screw driver as a marker.

I have 4 ports the same like this:

One carb with an extra port on the bottom:

And then a port which I guess is the main line in for fuel?!

And the carbs originally had a setup like this:

    Beg the Question - Definition

"Begging the question" is a form of logical fallacy in which a statement or claim is assumed to be true without evidence other than the statement or claim itself. When one begs the question, the initial assumption of a statement is treated as already proven without any logic to show why the statement is true in the first place.
