Ebay/chinese clear front turn lenses??

    I'm sorry for the "necro", but I just have to ask:

    Those who have installed clear/smoked (front) indicators:

    How did you do it?! :D

    I can't seem to find any screws that hold the indicator housing, nor do the plastic rivets hold them, I think.

    Do I have to take off the side fairings for that?

    There is a single philips head screw located on the inside of the side fairing, accessed from alongside the forks, no need to take any fairing parts off. That should allow one end of the lens to left clear of the fairing, the other end is a simple clip, just pull the lens forwards and it should come free.

    Sadly however I ride a 6th gren from 2003, so I think the indicator might look different on mine?

    Whoops! Sorry about that.

    You need to get at the two screws INSIDE the fairing:
