Your probably going to have to use a color space that is not as wide for when your final output is for the web. When I shoot directly to the computer it’s through Canon’s Digital Pro. In that program I can do a lot of quick adjustments on individual or groups of shots. It for anything needing more control I do everything through photoshop.

I was afraid of that I've been editing for print and trying to simply convert for web. However, my research, and your comments, seem to indicate editing or at least color correcting for both separately is the best way to ensure everything looks right.

Agreed. Most of my recent photography had been with my Galaxy S7. I started using my Sony a57 recently. Such an improvement in photo quality. The flower above was my phone.

Wide gamut is great for photographic print work. For press most want CMYK files and a smaller gamut.

I keep hearing great things about Sony still cameras. I want to get their RX 100V, super small with a fast lens, big sensor, great video all in a package asmaller than most cell phones. I use to drag around a full DLSR rig but really want a little high end travel camera.

I've been using a Sony A6000 for the last two years, and I love it. My one main fault with it would be low light focusing. Other than that it has been a great for a mix of portraits and travel. I've even shot a wedding, senior pictures, and a few products. The lens selection is getting better and better too. I've rented a couple of the G-Master lenses and they are simply stunning. I would like to upgrade to the A7RIII at some point, but for now I am focusing on getting better with lighting. I think practicing with my inexpensive lenses and really nailing the quality of light allows me to get better photos when I do rent the high-end lenses for those more important shots.

I recently bought a Canon G7X (same sensor as in the Sony RX) and love it.
The only thing I miss is the viewfinder, I must admit I don't like using a screen back much.
But the size versus quality is very impressive.

That is one of the main reasons I like that little camera. It does have a viewfinder. And shoots raw files.

It is crazy how good cell phone cameras are, and they're only getting better. Do any of them shoot RAW yet?

What/where is that last photo Lint. I love architecture, especially old stuff like that. And more especially if the building is perched in a spectacular spot. I usually try to find out where they are then go visit them on Google Earth. I have a severe illness recently discovered. Googlearthitis. It is a horrible disease that robs a person of hours and hours of their life. There is no known cure.
