That Duc is a thing of beauty! They've always made good twins, but they can also turn out a decent V4 when they put their minds to it.. And in typical Duc style, they look the goods as well. In saying that, they all sound great. Some of the action shots give a fair idea of how far the performance of motorcycles has come over the years. The footage of the 'Blade at the IOM does - as usual - make me doff the proverbial lid to those blokes who can ride flat out around there...and spare a thought for those who haven't quite made it.

 

I don't see how any of these lists can be complete without a VFR being in the top 3 any day of the week.

 

When I watch a video-list like that I ask myself, "Wouldn't the sound produced by any of those bikes be just a little bit better if it had some GEAR-DRIVEN CAMSHAFT whine?"
