Changed the oil on the VFR then went out and flogged the DR in the woods for about 3 hours.

Finally figured out the Throttlemeister,.. never was installed properly and grip was never trimmed/ very dangerous

Its all set up now& works very very well/ very happy.

I also installed my RAM mount into my steering little hub deallie,.. RAMinstructions SUCKED,.. but figured it out,..

IPhone 8+ on the X-Mount really sets up nice in it.

Taught my daughter how to read-set-use a torque wrench and she installed front & rear sprockets.

I was just curious which one it was, I tried one and couldn't get it to snug up very strong?

Get this one. It fits inside the steering stem hole and snugs up really tight. No issues with loosening up at all.

I also have a RAM Stem "Hole" Mount, & now wish I had of gotten the Ball that screws onto the Brake or Clutch Reservoir instead. I love my X-grip but my phone obscures the view of the Tach when using my Tank bag which I always take on the "Good Rides"

BTW, I also use my X-grip in my car; bought the screw-in ball mount for @ $6.

On my 6 Gen I have two versions of the "perch mount" setup you're talking about. One has one ball at the top the other has the ball at the top and mid way between the two mounting bolts. On the latter one, I have my camera and Radar detector mounted to it, the other has the X-Grip for the phone. Both work well to keep the center clear.

On my 5 Gen I have the mount I posted above as I just use this for my phone. I have the phone sit horizontally on a shot arm with the X-Grip and it stays out of my way. Although now that I am mostly using the 5 Gen at the track, I haven't really used the mount in a while.
