I have a 90 Viffer that is jetted with a Dynajet Stage 1 kit, it has new plugs NGK's, an ART Pro Series 2 exhaust( came with the bike), and a K&N airfilter.
I can't start it right now, but when it could be I had to Full Choke it. It runs fine as long as I don't have to turn it off and restart it. It is a pain to restart.
    Any advice would be helpful.
    Thanks

how old is the gas you put in it? When was the last time you cleaned the carbs?

After you try to start the bike, if you take a plug back out what does it look like? Did you set the gap on the new plugs?

I know this is not advice but it would help give better advice if I new the answers.

Where are you located? You didn't list a city/state/country in your profile.

Check to see if your fuel filter is clogged. Not a bad idea to carry a spare one.
