Strange sound when I touch the trothel a bit, and it's only when the engine is hot
    Have a video

Does anyone have any idea of what this may be ??
I've had it at a workshop that checked the air intake, but it was okay

Well it sort of sounds like the solenoid/flapper combination. I get something like that (although more of a buzz/rattle than a knock, but the same tone) occasionally while sitting in gear clutch in at lights, and on my bike the cause is a dirty clutch switch making intermittent contact. The flapper is set to be open in neutral or in gear+clutch pulled in, but closed below 5500rpm when in gear/clutch out. So with the clutch switch intermittent, the flapper opens and closes rapidly.

I'd suggest you test the bike on the centrestand and raise the fuel tank front, pull the wire off the neutral switch on the clutch cover (so the ECU will believe it is gear) and work the clutch lever in and out and see if the noise occurs. You can also disable the flapper by pulling the hose off the actuator on the airbox lid (plug the hose end while doing that).

    Thanks for the tip :)
I'm not a mechanic, so I had a mechanic put a new switch to clutshen, the sound was still there ,he took off the vacuum hose and blocked it, but the sound was still there. He had trouble understanding what this could be, but he did not think it was dangerous to drive it.But very annoying to listen to and not know what it may be...

The flapper operating mechanism consists of the the electrical signal (from the ECU), the electrically operated solenoid valve, and then the vacuum actuator on the airbox. By just disabling the flapper actuator (disconnecting the hose), the vacuum solenoid will still be switching on/off and it may be this that actually makes the noise. The solenoid is mounted on the underside of the airbox. You could simply unplug the electrical connection at the solenoid and see if that stops the noise.
