Seems to be a matter of bending a little bit more that tube... Don't worry!

Do those automotive muffler places really bend tubing? Isn't that amazing?

No, really. Like these guys, who spend all day making custom exhausts for mega-buck hot rods and classics:
    http://qualitymuff.com/

Spent a few hours at the big Hot Rod show in Puyallup at the fairgrounds last fall; it's unbelievable what these shops do with exhaust systems. Worth a call.

Thanks, It's all in the know for sure.. I went here locally thinking maybe in asking advice from one I believe would have a good answer, maybe. He says maybe ha-ha it's the size of the tubes I have vs. their's is the trick, same logic just a different set of bending tools , then there's the header that's in the way of the holders. He'd have to see it, but since he didn't have anything for the tubing I have. kinda mute. with all that , I may have a solution, gota pass it by Gabe first, will see.

Well that was fun. DSCF0983.jpg Freaking cheap bastards, ^%$#! @ 2Bro. Spend all that time on a design, only to make 2 bit flanges SMH, they bent like rubber, god knows if they're set right. they look it, But?????? and at only 15ft lbs. one can't really get em tight. On to the next bit.

If it bended easy that means that the headers will accomodate over time, so tighten them, run de bike, let it cool down, tighten them again, and so on... Hot will do the job for you

That's what I'm thinking too, but it took actually more heat than I thought, that and took very little, meaning it didn't take long to get it all nice and red, but it sure did cool off fast as well. So it was a dance of sorts and the pulling in the right place was unique to say the least. Now, for the real world test.

Just got off the phone with Mike, it's looking to be the end of next week. His schedule is like 2 weeks out, but ;) kinda have him re working that to make this happen sooner than later. That's sorta good too in a way, as last night I see a major what to do with getting the Staintune hooked up. Nothing I mean nothing is even close. It's going to take some major reworking. Thing is, which end to start from? Then hate to say this, might be worth not messing up the Stainetune vs. market value. That decision would have it making a whole new one.
