With the avatar woman and now this disgusting post, a distinct pattern in your life is becoming visible. How old are you anyway?

Lil gator is reduced to guessing and emoticons.

I have some pics of the bike when I bought it, more with some paint licks I added. Post up your Email addy and I will send them. Be advised they are more than two decades old. God Bless Kodachrome.

I need to check oot the octopus at Costco. I got spoiled getting it FOB at the fish market in the Pike St. Market in Seattle. The Marine Science center has one on display here on the Oregon coast. The critters are not known for living long so they are caught, displayed and turned loose. Other marine critters in the Oregon Coast near my digs are Dungeness Crabs, Albacore and Halibut. Some eels but they are "Slime Eels". Big call for same to the Korean Markets. The Chinese buy tons of the Dungeness Crabs. A few Moray Eels but those critters are not to be messed with..

I am still of the mind that the only reason squid became calamari was to jack the retail price up aboot three notches or to set the Italian Squids apart from the domestic variety observed in the vicinity of the Florida Panhandle around Orlando.. ;)

For a long time gsxr's were the squid choice in S Fla. A shame really as some of the 1k's made excellent track bikes. Back in the AMA days before DMG almost destroyed it, Mladin and Ben Spies destroyed everyone for years on Suzuki's. They did have the most support and all the track data around the country but the bikes were bad ass.

Dead squid trolled at 7 knots can catch some nice game fish. Dropped down to 1000' you might get a swordfish.

Shit Costco has Octopus and eel, Damn It Utah you only get tilapia, Rock fish, and some Ahi once in a blue moon that looks above #3 grade. Not to mention that shitty farm raised salmon that is almost as bad for you as the tilapia. Damn Chinese invasion of U.S. seafood. ;-) Not to meantion country of origin is no longer required and for me the thought of Chinese beef is unsettling even if it is ours and then processed over there. :)

Tried Tilapia once bought two live ones. Not much taste or texture. Local PNW Rockfish rock. Ahi can be found at one of Seattle's primo fish markets. Uwajimaya in the International District. The clue to salmon is the Term "Atlantic Salmon". Farm raised and dyed. As retail prices increase and consumption follows, eel may be more popular in future.

Damn, everyone with this seafood talk is making me really wanting a comatose seafood feast right now. I want fresh Oregon Kumamoto oysters (about 2 dozen, shit make it 3 or 4 please) a half pound of Dungeness crab cocktail, Hawaiian Ahi Poke, Cajun Blackened Rockfish with eggs benedict and a fried Calamari, Oyster and Shrimp Po Boy or a blackened Halibut sandwich. I say nay on the Swordfish or Marlin - to parasitic. I spent 15yrs working in "The" seafood restaurant in Utah back in the day (Market St. Grill & Oyster Bar) when seafood was not bait and somewhat affordable and shipped in daily. I miss those days back in the 80's-90's. I only eat cold water fish due to cutting up warm water sporting fish and seeing their issues. I prefer my fish cooked to a medium rare to medium at most. Warm water fish having those parisites (worms) should be cooked to a medium to mid well to avoid not ingesting live parasites. Oh Shit sorry, this is a post about motorcylces, riders habits and banter!:chaingun:

Maybe a more subtle avatar like this one for me might be in order. My girl with my name sake in honor on the site (Bubba my deceased dog) eight years ago (just kidding more like 12yrs ago.) Something like this may get you less shit on the site. It appears that the 8th gen mostly is made up of 30-48yr olds. :witless:

First thought of mine was-" How in this world does this bike take this", Second thought was "What in his life made him walk the path that he is on now?" I just keep seeing the suspension failing at the worst moment not to mention the tires! I guess he found that it was easier to get on a bike than get in to a car? He has to be at least 400lbs to 550lbs or more. Well wishes to the bike for her tolerance.

LOL, no you're a handsome dude Bubba (no homo)! But why are you not smiling? You own an 8th gen VFR - therefore you should have a permanent smile on your face :glee:

Aww, I'm very sorry to hear about your dog. My dog is 5 now and I know I'm gonna be devastated when her time comes in another 5 years or so. At your suggestion, I went ahead and just changed my avatar pic - in honor of this thread it shows me squidding it :witless:
