I was in Florida for a conference the day of the election. I asked all my US colleage about his chances to win. I was told : say... it's not really impossible, just highly improbable.

Extending the metaphor, what trumps downfall is gonna be IMO, is the ripple effect in one form or another. Let's say ya drop a Fat Boy into a swimming pool and the ripples extend all the way to the shallow end, assuming the deep end is near..

Case in point using the immigration freeze as just one example. All those ripples are now just rippling. They are affecting entire countries with the exception of those ME countries that trump does business with. (imagine that) The effects too will affect others wishing to immigrate except Canadians who should just stay home.. The blanket edict also affects many individuals like sports stars, members of the science communities, movie folks, and who the hell knows who else. Trump may fix this by buying Canada and turning the whole country into a golf course.
