Are there any other options other than OEM (Read K&L Maybe) for a set of Float valves for this bike??

Honda; as far as I can tell, only sells a complete set-----Part number 16011-MM4-004.

See Tourmax (from England) might be a source but prefer not to wait weeks for them to arrive.

I would Appreciate help / suggestions.

    With thanks in advance.

    Rick

When I did mine it was Honda parts. How many do you need? Is the set you mentioned (4) float valves?

Thanks for the link, looks to be some good items there for sure! Glad you found what you were looking for. I checked and I do have my original float valves I kept when I went thru the carbs years ago. I think you're better off using new parts, but if you're still in need let me know.

In practical terms, the needle seats don't wear (rubber vs. brass) and shouldn't need replacement, so buy needles only and save some of $$. K&L Supply sells a set of 4 float needles that work well on the VFR and are inexpensive. Many places sell cheap needles sets on ebay. Sorry i don't have the part any part #s.

I usually don't trust aftermarket, no-name parts, but the K&L-suppled items i've used so far have proved acceptable.

Always best to leak-test carbs b4 mounting them up.
