Speaking of shifters (above), I wish VFR's came with MotoGP shifters. Makes more sense to me, especially for twisty riders.

On that incredible exhaust system, would love to have seen dyno results before and after. However, if it runs good, it's good. Kinda like valve checking......

Sounds better than my Road King. Puts me in mind of a drag race car... very cool looking as well. Nicely done.

Rapid Bike Racing. It has a much more advanced quickshifter than power commander.

Yes, it is strain gauge based, so the amount of effort required to initiate the fuel cut is fully adjustable. Also the fuel cut times can be altered based upon rpm range where the shift is made.

Very nice work!! Bet that took some time to do. Sounds nice also. A bit loud for me now a days, I'm an old man that likes stealth. I don't need the cops on my ass all the time. Something can be said for stock and the quietness that comes with it. Easy to get on it without attracting to much attention around town.

Nice welding skills for sure! What TIG welder did you use?

my little tig is a unimig razorweld 200amp digital pulse.
grunty and tiny, does a good job- but in all honesty I like my old chinese tig better.
it was a weldsmart 200amper with a million knobs. once you get the hang of them they are brilliant.

This could become viral here at least for the bike crowd of several genders whilst still adhering to the general topic of exhaust.

I just ran into a similar thing with friends, though on a totally different topic.

Trust me, you have peers here and a lot of us bolt-on mechanics appreciate custom work. I love seeing what people come up with when they decide to spend the time like this.
