    Not to chain, hahha the subject on Jens incredible adventure. In the cases I have experienced, yes they do once the hardened part of the pins wear away, then it's just moments before they turn trash asap. The last two sets I had did this, one check and adjustment was fine, less the a 100 miles later, totally toast. I was like 30 miles from home, by the time i got back the chain was sounding like a trashing machine not only that when I check the slop there wasn't much but Holy shiet was it hot.
    In Jens case , not sure what brand she had, but she had it installed while up in Canada on here trip there last May, only 5k on it, smh weird, I'd be asking for some sort of refund?

    Here's some pics from this morning.

    No giving up your cards... I bet every one of you here could do it if you had to. I have a vajayjay card to give someone if they want it. ;)

    I would have preferred not, but I always do what I have to do. I'm determined and strong, mentally and physically, to endure cray stuff like that...and I couldn't miss the first day back from Christmas break. My students would have been terribly sad.

    If there was rain or moisture, I would have stopped for my safety. But a bit of cold...naw.

    I am paying for it though...so I would advise no one elects to do a crazy run like that for fun. BUT ... you should just get out and head cross country sometime. :)

    So glad AM made it in one piece. :faint: I guess she did, however, suffer some potential 2nd/3rd degree burns (yes, burns, not frostbite) from her heated gear cranked all the way up. I hope they are not too severe. She stated it was so cold, she didn't even it burning her. Ill let her give you all the 411 on the details once she has the time. I will say, this girl makes the majority of us look like pussies, myself included.

    Request for one vajayjay card addressed to derstuka, SF, CA. Flowery pink with sparkles if you can. Does it come with instructions how to better wash the sand out of it?

    I think we need to start a "Gofund Me" page so AM can have money to ride wherever she wants, give us stories, and maybe even write books. I think she is overdue for her own adventure reality show.
