The Black Widow and Delkevic are the same product and there are very good and the best choice out there

Not the same, the delkevic is a 4 into 1 that may give you a few top end hp at the expense of mid range torque. The black widow is a 4-2-1 that merge the wrong cylinders in their 5th gen model but the correct cylinders in the 6th gen version.

Look at each page of the Delkevic and you'll see it is not welded up like the Black Widow and has 6 clamped connections ! That's an issue plus the Dyno shows a 5 whp increase to 102 whp

Probably more than your black widow made lol.

Oh would you look at that

Look at this on eBay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/361831167838

Another 5th gen "full system". And this one is a 4-2-1 with the same clamps as your beloved black widow header lol.

It's like everything you type can be proven wrong by a five minute Google search lol, you have to be doing this on purpose. No one is this ignorant lol.

I got a theory that these exhaust systems are being source from the same fab shop in China or Taiwan but Black Widow welds their system and Delkevic does not but I can tell they are the same fabricator. So by doing a few welds Black Widow can say Made in UK. The Black Widow are 2 into 2 into 1 and have more mid-range and less (cold) clamped connections so are better for the long term

You must have used your butt dyno to compare the delkivic vs the black widow, before making such a bold statement, huh?

Nope nope nope I did all that already the Delkevic has too many joints and the Motad does not fit up the reason the Black Widow fit up is because they have a jig and do the final weld up in their shop in UK

My O My, what a topic. Bottom line, again, those after market headers are for stock replacement, that and look at what you get for the money, Meh, if it's your bag of tea, ok, not for me to judge. Other than weight compared to stock, I look at it as an inferior product to what "was" out there. Yea I know past tense, others ain't available ok. That's the hic -up, there's not a big enough of a market for the exhaust manufactures that give a crap to build one. I talked with Akraprovc today, unless two things, Drop a deposit getting their attention, proving there's a market like $30k and a 100 orders, Pff, 10 headers ain't going to cut it. Ain't going anywhere, add to that their RD dept is trying to keep up with current models. Same thing with TYGA , they've got better things to do. Back to the drawing board ;) But I'll be damn if I'll install a cheap copy. of what was. I'm not saying folks are not happy with what they got header wise, you get what you pay for, is what it is. Me, I'm looking for Rocking horse poo. In the mean time Ill have to be ok with knowing what I have ain't bad. Gives me something to look forward too.

What if I buy 98/99 headers and send both the Staintune and the 98/00 to JetFlo and get them ceramic coated?

Its a shame that BW is the only company with jig technology, wonder how Akrapovic cranks out their systems :p
