    Haha, yeah.

Haku (character from Studio Ghibli) = white flying dragon.

Although maybe muh riding folk need to name mine for me as the Nor Cal crowd does. Suggestions?

I am in love with my passion of motorcyclist, so I am in love with muh moto. I enjoy posting stories about our adventures and taking photos together. I would think those who see my posts can laugh right along with me at my silly objectifying...while also seeing how much I'm just out there enjoying my life and sharing it with others.

So if that's a mental illness, I guess I'm CRAY CRAY!

If I gave my opinion on this topic, I'd piss a lot of people off. So, I'm going to leave at that.

I call my red VFR "Thing One" and the red VTR is "Thing Two". A Dr Seuss reference, and also because my wife can't tell them apart.

Along the same lines, I call my Ducati "The Ducati" or "The 748". But never "The Duc". Some Ducati owners get really pissed off at the nickname "Duc". Not sure why . . .

Here is some more rhyming slang for you billy boy.
We call Americans like you "seppo"
As in septic tank, rhymes with yank, geddit?
Oh and they are also full of shit, not a coincidence.
And that came from the Vietnam war, my father told me about it.

I call my VFR the "VFR" and my Superhawk the "VTR." My wife always asks "is that the yellow one or the gray one?"

    Okay, here it comes.
**Warning. If you get easily offended stop reading now.

I think it's stupid to name an object - be it a bike, car, airplane, bicycle or your favorite plush toy (even your favorite dildo) - any names since "it" is unable to feel, think, see, taste even speak. It's an object, a piece of hardware, an instrument to get you from one point to the other. It's NOT a person, a cat, dog horse or any other living creature for fucks sake people!
I had a friend who named his two bikes, his work truck and his car. Pissed the fuck out of me when he referred to any of those things by name or in the third person. Like if the fucken bike really cares or has a saying in the name chosen for it.
Some people I meet while riding tell me something along the lines of "let me introduce you to " insert name here" isn't she beautiful?"
Listen you stupid piece of shit. No, you're bike is not beautiful, and no, I can't talk to "her" either. There is one only one beautiful bike here and that's my bike, not yours.
On a side note, I've never met any guy riding a fat boy that tells me "isn't my fat boy beautiful?"

People who not only name their toys, but also refer to them as a person, were hugged too much or not enough as a child. Grow up and grow a fucken pair and be an adult!
On another side note, guys and gals who ask their spouses for permission to buy a bike,or any small item for that matter, piss me off too. Oh, I can't fucken stand them!

Do me a favor, if you are one of the people I just described, please don't talk to me. Fucken bunch of pussies!

    lmao. Rant over.

My bike needs a good name , not sure what to call her. Really where I come from its considered impolite to ride a lady if you don't know her name.

I do call her the ViF'er slightly different from the ViFfeR but pronounced the same.

My first car a late 80's Ford Escort 4-speed was the Blue Beast
The next also a straight drive escort Bragg's Pony
I was in high school then.
