And some actually informative. I read about the national Park sometime back. I had always carried in them anyway. Not afraid of bears, just fucked up people.

people who can't merge at speed are far more dangerous. Get someone who has a whole 1/4 mile+ of on ramp to accelerate but doesn't, instead chooses to enter 70mph + interstate traffic flow at 50 sending big rigs darting for the left lane.

Often times on the bike, if I find myself stuck behind someone doing this entering the freeway, I'll cross the solid white line early if it's clear and gun it.

Insiders don't get the advertising. The bills for running this forum need to be paid somehow.

That annoys me the most. Auto tune simply means you CANT SING!

Which reminds me:: RAP! People who can't sing and are ugly trying at least to rhyme. It started out called CRAP but to be politically correct , decided to leave the "C" out.

Most annoying to me is people WHO QUOTE THEMSELVES! "LIKE I SAID!" Really?

Or the people that put on a ton of miles, just so they can feel superior and more into riding than the rest. It isn't what, it's that you do. ADV rider has a bunch of a-holes with a similar view...but they mostly seem to ride BMW GS's......

Whatever it takes to make it through your day. I believe I hit the nail on the head, however the nail was a fingernail. Judging by the response anyway.....That was definitely one of my better trolls for awhile.

Everyone that has participated in this thread might need to read "Emotional Intelligence 2.0". I am reading it and something gets our goat because we let it happen.

Who / what have you allowed to push your button today? Why?

Wow...generalize much? C'mon, Norcal, you seem awesome!

    Post #1: http://vfrworld.com/forums/showthread.php/50894-Kansas-to-Prince-Rupert-BC-Canada-or-Bust!

***Why I ride thousands of miles.***

Before I even joined VFRW, I had gone on other huge rides.
7,000 miles to Gaspe, 2,000 miles out east, tons of 800 mile rides, not to mention many others that no one even knew about.
My last one was fun to share here with a group and experience with others in a forum.

Heck, I'm already planning next year and this month I'm trying to make it out east on my own.

Not once did I do any of my rides to "just so they can feel superior and more into riding than the rest".

I appreciate everyone's experiences and how they like to ride and what they do to their motos...even those that pull out their engine multiple times.
I have no idea why you feel you need to do that, but I'm not going to accuse you of doing it for egotistical motives. Maybe you love it?

Like maybe I LOVE the challenge, hardships, and beautiful experiences that come with riding thousands of miles across countries.

    EXPERIENCE not SUPERIORITY

    What gets my goat: Trolls

That's why I don't try to feed them.
But don't knock someone's passions by generalizing without knowing the person and their motives.

What's the point of being troll-ie online? But I won't generalize you.

I like to think you are a super person and hope to meet you someday...and I won't meet a troll.

Be nice. Come to Kindergarten. I'll teach you. :)

Norcal...by generalizing...because I'm passionate about what I do and it's not to feed my need to be superior.
Anyone who knows me knows that I'm the most kind-hearted humble person out there that truly cares for others and their feelings way over mine all the time.

I feel it is very not nice to knock someone's true heartfelt passions.

But responding in kind and believing Norcal is an awesome dude helps me still smile and think positively about him despite what was written.
Same with JB knocking manhood sizes...DUDE...he may be passionate about his manhood...don't knock it. Unless you are into dudes...and I'm not judging at all.

    Wow what happened here?
It all comes down to giving your power away-- when with the wifey and I point out a person that's not paying any attention to what's going on around them as in not using signals ect--- she says, you don't know what there going threw-- could of just lost a child or parent or found out they have cancer.
No excuses but think kindness should rule over anger---- I work on it daily

Same thing I just mentioned, "anger." People are already saying what ticks them off, and it is only a matter of time before two people collide over opinions. Nothing good usually comes from threads such as these. It is a ticking time-bomb.
