Spotify will be used on the ride home today. The only time I get to listen to Industrial is when my wife isn't around.
We have an agreement when we are together, she won't play country and I won't play that "screaming" music.
Hard to believe that when we met we both liked the harder music. Memories of a Christmas tree, alcohol and "too drunk to fuck" by the Dead Kennedys.

 

Yup. Don't give the stuff you love up, especially if it's stuff you loved when you first met.

Not giving up music, I gave up a lot to be married but some things are too important. Listened to a Nightwish song just now on utube, not bad. Kind of a Celtic version of Evanescence. Based on one song at least.

 

I was asked the other day if I was going to stop wearing earrings as I'm too old for that now! I'm only wearing one in each ear, what's next?

I was asked by a CHP officer who was taking down my info as being a witness to a crash, "Aren't you a little old to be riding a sport bike?" (I'm 50 BTW). I told him, "I don't think so".

When I got my nip done I had to order a ring and a needle from a fetish shop in Toronto as there wasn't anywhere you could go to get it done back then.

 

Whenever I watch a music video now, all I see is all the set work that went into making it and I'm thinking the 12-14.5 hour days aren't worth the pay...
