I like riding at night, in the fog, in the rain, the sleet, the snow, the smog, temps below zero "F", on black ice, when there are all sorts of critters lurking on the roadsides and at intersections, against little short dudes who have lifted trucks that do not adjust their headlight to compensate, assholes who drive with their high beams on, I also ride in hurricanes, tornados, earthquakes, tsunamis, plagues of locusts and a whole bunch of other things.

Nothing stops me from getting to WalMart.

Wonder no more! I am on several of those sites. One of the better appearances I am wearing the top half of my Batman costume.

"Lolz" is a variant of "lulz". The meaning of "lolzz" may be, according to one source, the plural of "lol" whilst passing gas.

I don't like riding in the dark. Road hazards (deer on the side of the road, pavement breaks, obstructions like rockfall, etc.) are more difficult to see from a distance. All things being equal, I don't like managing the extra risk. Am I the odd man out on this question?

EDIT: I just read BB's post above. I guess we're in the same camp!

The rumors of Abbot and Costello's demise is greatly exaggerated.

I periodically help out on my parent's farm, and the ride home at night is always something I look forward to. It's almost always calm and cool, there's usually no one out on the roads and the VFR's headlights cut through the night like a torch, there's a lot to like. Unless it's raining, or foggy (fog is just the worst at night), basically any precipitation cuts your visibility down so much with a helmet that it's not really fun anymore.
