If anyone out there has an '86 VF500, I'm trying to connect my throttle cables and choke cable onto the carb, I'm not the one who took it apart, and I'm having trouble figuring out how to re-attach them. All the manuals I've found so far have pictures that aren't very clear (I can count the number of pixels in the photo). If anyone could just take a pic and send it, I would really appreciate it, or if you are in the Denver area and would be willing to let me look at your bike that would be amazing. I know that this is really late relative to your original post. Is this still giving you trouble? Just so you know, the lack of pictures is due to the fact that you basically have to pull the carbs to attach those cables and it's a real pain in the ass.
