Front fairing!!

    Is there any problem of riding without the front fairing ?? Do you think there is a problem with the cluster??

    You're going to get a lot more wind beating at your chest and face, and you might run into some electrical problems if you get caught out in the rain. I just yesterday put a thin film of dielectric grease on all the mating faces of the molex connectors, just in case. I had noticed some corrosion on the contacts.

    That's what i tought!! The problem is i have to repairs the front fairing because it's broke right on the left side bolt!! I had a metal piece made so i won't have to repair plastic

    Repairing plastic isn't that bad, especially if it's going to be hidden anyway. You can just use one of those small fiberglass resin kits you can get at an auto parts store. It's a little messy and takes a lot of care, but I've gotten good results in the past.

    OK, I see what your issue is. That seems like a really difficult part to repair with fiberglass. How much is a replacement piece? It might be cheaper to get one that's in good structural shape but looks like crap, and then repaint it yourself.
