Cool, I thought I recognized the area. A small but crazy looking park. The million dollar hwy is one of my favorites.

Thank you, it was a beautiful evening!
Yes, those are my lace ups. I removed my riding pants for the photo. I learned I can take my own pictures. I'll have fun trying out the phone timer more.

I rode, washed, and put that dirty sexy slut away wet in the garage for the night ... in the morning I'm going to ride her like the Houston 500.

(let's see who gets the last reference haha)

The first image is the better one. It is the composition with the road that vanishes into the mountains and the VFR at the ready. It looks like something out of Lord Of The Rings, if that had bikes to get to Mordor.

I want a poster of that on my wall.

I got the fender eliminator properly mounted. Now I need to source a new tail light, as the one that came with the bike is broken. Has anyone used an EBay one? They're supposed to be LED, but damn, some stuff from China works and some is garbage.

I also need to replace the mounts where the footpegs mount. Somehow and I have no idea how, they are bent, so my footpegs droop. It's terrible looking and it tilts my legs away from the tank. Quite annoying.
