Anyone else have problems with their windscreen lower tabs breaking off and mounting/bolt holes cracking? I have less than 9,000 since I bought my bike new in Nov and my screen is done. I haven't hit anything, and nothing has hit it (bike is white- I would know:), but the screen is toast.

It sounds like it may be mounted in a stressed position. I have noticed a couple stress cracks on my bike, but I account it to my gravity checks slightly repositioning tabs and such. And my bike is much older. Tori, has a 6g and I don't recall him ever having a prob like that. Maybe your original screen was a little flawed and got missed at the factory and you'll have better lukh with aftermarket. I know the DB screen I bought is thinner than the stock one so it prob flexes a little easier (doesn't fit as nice, though)

Ron Ayers sells replacements for $133.51.

Sell you my slightly used one for $40.00 +shipping cost.

I bought a dark red MRA screen from Twisted.

Honda is replacing it through the warranty. My dealer took forever contacting them, but they finally did it. Since no one else has had problems I am going to chalk it up to a fluke. Once it gets replaced I think I will invest in a Laminar Lip.
