I'm flying out to Nashville to pick up a 2002 VFR that has the Givi box. I need the interior dimensions of the box so I can get an idea of what to pack/what I can bring. Please let me know.

    Thnx!

I have one ... but it's hard to give the actual interior dimensions because the case is curved. It fits quite a bit though.

It fits 46L in volume. That is the equivalent of 2,807 cu.in.

    These are the exterior dimensions: 21.8" L x 17.3" W x 12.2" H

There's enough room in there for my rain gear, tools, electric air pump, my pillow, and some odds'n'ends.

Dimensions for trunk storage are legally to be given in dead hooker volume. The V46 holds 3/4 hooker American, 21.2376 hooker metric.

That's good to know. Looks like I'll have to stick to midget hookers...

If you pack carefully and read what it's gonna cost you to bring a bunch of your shit on a passenger plane, you might could swing up east, pick up a cat or two (live or ready to eat) bring em back to SoCal and make enough to pay for part of your trip.

Scientifically speaking, I'd pack one of those metric rectifier regulators at least for the run between Houston and El Paso.
