Good shots.. When the Angels fly over Lake Washington in Seattle there are altitude restrictions. Bet the Navy guys at Point Mugu don't have them there.

Not that I could tell. Sometimes they were quite low! Maybe twenty feet off the deck.

The pilots could fly nearly that low in Seattle but the area around the lake is re$idential , the owners bitch a lot even about the hydros upsetting their Chihuahuas and Puddles.

That's like the A$$holes that moved near Laguna Seca and then bitch about the noise. If I was on the city council there I would tell them to go love themselves with a dry corn cob. People think they are so important...

Same thing at all sorts of race tracks. Seattle's PIR, The old Ascot in Gardena,CA , Riverside, Lions Drag Strip.. Many more. Same deal with airports..

The area around Lake Washington is hilly. This is part of the reason for the altitude restriction. The hydros are actually much quieter now than when they were running Allisons and Roll Merlins. They still bitch..

A friend runs there, says the lady with the decibel gun is always there checking. I guess a lot of the guys that are on the edge of loudness will throttle back a bit while passing the gun then hammer it around. Inserts for exhausts are used a lot I guess. But WSBK and when GP ran there they were full on open.

The digital cameras are really nice. Though I haven't figured out if you can do double exposures with them, at least not yet. My old work horse ST101 Minolta could. I found some old pictures from film and scanned them in to my pc. One was a double exposure. Kind of neat to do.

Kind of depends on the camera. See "digital double exposures" on Google. Many software editing programs have this built in using the layers function this again depends on the program. Same deal with film cameras. some had this function built in as a mechanical feature, some didn't. Old style was to figure out the exposure using some number crunching, develop the film and stack the negs in the enlarger carrier.

    Many examples on the net.

If it doesn't qualify, something is terribly wrong.

Just I phone shots of fishing yesterday. Ocean was too angry so I went west to the Everglades. Tried out my sons fly rod and caught some little bass. Pretty morning.
I waxed the boat the day before and got almost 2 mph faster.

Obligatory cat picture. My cat Smudge. Taken with my new MotoG phone. Changed to black and white in Lightroom. No, I don't breed him. He may though.

Smudge vs Caesar in a cage fight. My money is on Smudge in the first 60 seconds. Maybe Smudge can slap Caesar in the face hard enough it won't look flat anymore.

Yeah, Smudge is a certified badass. A Montana cat. He's brought home a dead weasel, which is a predator, a fully grown rabbit and literally had kicked out all the stay cats around us. Cesar would just be a warm up.

He even jumped on the back of a fully grown wild turkey. He has no fear.
