Very interesting case Hit the supreme court today!

A supreme court justice Thomas spoke today-first time in 10 years and asked how a misdemeanor becomes a felony in domestic violence convictions by congress passing a confusing law. Turing even 20 year old simple assaults-misdemeanor into lifetime bans of owning guns weather or not it was even a domestic assault-FBI only sees charges and does not even bothers to check state records if they are even there. Which is illegal. And will result in a lawsuit. Two people in Maine had simple assaults like pushing a girlfriend, then later got charged with gun violations.

 

Legislation-the key to making the world a kinder, gentler place.....

 

hardly, the Judge hasn't spoke in 10 years and is a idiot, getting paid a lot to not think.

 

Someone here could learn from this judge.
