Larry, I filed a appeal and sense the jerks that started a fight with I don't know them - the domestic Violence laws don't apply to me. The background check took 75 days-its suppose to take 5min. Mind you this is 20 years ago. And the appeal is taking 6 months-. It's total crap from a check that does not work. Any way it gives me some else to bug-nag nag nag. I have a triumph card too, I file for the files to be throw-out.

 

Check my last post, If the records are still there which I doubt. The assault charge was not with anyone I know-that means the new DV laws don't apply. If the town lost the files , I still win sense its the towns fault. I can also get the charges thrown out if I get a lawyer-takes about a year.
