The thing about this is that it is a state owned company, so one could say they are communist tires.

    LMAO Ya think? ;)

Did a bit of research and find, if you can belief anything on goggle search, that this Chinese chemical conglomerate is leaving most of the Pirelli operations where they're at and most of the so called folks in charge of operations, so to me nothing, at least at this time has me running from Pirelli. On another bit of research it seems my tires, or tyres where made in Germany.

I find it funny when somebody bites back at Billy and you can see him sitting there going "hooked another one"

Being somewhat of a conservationist and an omnivore, I try to balance things by tossing some back and having others for lunch.

I remember reading a review of some Chinese tyres in one of our local mags here. They said something along the lines of, "Ten years ago we would have been raving about he performance of these tyres, but they're still a long way behind today." The Chinese are not silly, they will leave them alone while they utilise all the technical know how to improve their other tyre brands.

You may find that there will be significantly better cheap Chinese tyres on the market in a couple of years, but perhaps those tyres will be marketed at gaining market share in the developing world rather than cannibalizing Pirelli's chunk of the lucrative western market.
