Do you have Puig levers? I need some part numbers.

    Ahoy all.

Had no luck with my local Puig dealer, and they had no luck with Puig themselves, so i've come here seeking part number for the lever adapters (both clutch and brake) if anyone has them?

    Help greatly appreciated.

They only list for 02-13....but for that range of years:

    Clutch 7147N
    Brake 5446N

    You damn star.

Can i assume that they'll actually fit my 5th gen? And i also assume that the levers themselves are pretty generic and that it's the adapters which do all the work?

Actually... with those part numbers and that year range, i can just ring them and ask for a set for, say, a 2013 VFR800. That should work.

Received the levers. Clutch adapter is right, but the brake adapter isn't :(

Pictures of stock and Puig levers. Apologies for the potato quality. My phone is a load of crap.

I guess that would confirm that they only work for the 6g on the clutch side. As I noted in Post #2, they didn't list a lever set for the 5g, only the 2002-2013.....I also checked the part numbers for the 5g and 6g OEM levers...completely different. If it was me, I would send them back and buy something that does fit a 5g. Sorry, I don't have a better solution for you.

I'll get in touch with the UK distributor to see what they can do. Not quite ready to give up. They may have a brake adapter which will fit.

    I fixed the issue.

Had some crappy-looking 'knife' levers which came with the bike. Turns out that Puig levers fit the adapters.

Apologies for the rain. It *IS* England, don't you know...
