    This thing sounds very sweet.
I'm not sold on the front end; I like the engine configuration, power to weight ratio, under-tail exhaust and akrapovic cans and frame. The radiator is huge, but I think is what the bike needs. I just hope the engine does't jack hammer itself off the frame.

    My simple math says:
    320 hp / 2000 cc = 0.16
    0.16 x 800cc = 128hp

Come on Honda that's right where the VFR should be.

At the rear wheel, please. By your math, our torque should be at 62.5, which would be nice, as well. I prefer the ratio of the S1000RR. Using your same formula, our bikes should be at around 160hp and 75 ft lbs torque, which is doable easily, because they are getting 260+ out of the MotoGP V4.

    334 crank hp / 1996cc = 0.1673 chp/cc

    0.1673chp/cc * 782cc = 131 crank hp

Yes this is where the vfr should be. But it is a touring bike that honda would not want to take sales from the cbr's, so we get stuck with 108 crank hp :(

But did anyone catch the 4.3 gallon fuel tank? lol I would still love to have the bike, but I doubt youd be getting much over 100 miles between fuel stops.

After a hundred miles on that thing you would need to get off just to wash out your leathers!

Last fall was 10.82 at 127.47
I have done a few things since then, so I might be able to improve that a bit.

The clutch basket and steel/friction plates are still original with 70,000 miles on them.

I did put 99 pound Barnett springs in there and I upgraded the master/slave cylinders and I went to an ss clutch line. Honda really over engineered the shit out of that clutch.

I'm leaving the gates at about 10,000, no problem.
