Sorry for this Roy, but I looked up the recipe for "rats ass" and it is different than the one used for "braised cat" , but if you jump to the end of the recipe they end the same. Throw that shit away! I say, save the effort and just have some good IPAs.

 

Even when properly gutted and skinned, cats can still smell like cat piss. Cat piss is alkaline. Modify the Ph by soaking them in standard household vinegar for a few minutes. Shorter times for kittens of course.
