You only have to have one headlight on to not get a ticket!

I look up the req for lights and the law say one headlight on, this means with one light burned out it is legal to ride it and I can't get a ticket for no headlights. Most motorcycles only have one or two not four!:ranger:

4.04 (1) Lighting devices required by this Division must be maintained in good working order.

(2) Lamps and reflectors required by this Division

(a) must be securely mounted on the vehicle,

(b) must not have any cracked, broken, missing or incorrectly installed lenses, and a lamp must not have bent or broken rims that allow water to enter the lamp, and

(c) must not be shielded, covered or obscured by any part of the vehicle or load or by dirt or other material.

The above quoted from Motor Vehicle Act Regulations of British Columbia. If you vehicle comes from the manufacturer with the lights, they must be there and they must work properly. I suspect most places are the same. But do as you will. Honestly Charlotte, I don't give a rats ass!

I our state it only says working headlight as in single light, . I am sure Canada is different. I am replacing lights but it isn't that easy on these bikes.
