Who Hates Harley Davidson?

My mother was Swedish - but still had to Google that :shame: - sounds f'n awful!

 

If ya load it up with lots of melted butter it's still pretty bad. One of those rare foods that will never become fusion like "lutefisk tacos" . Well maybe in NY..

 

Speaking of Swedes, a friend just finished the last Swedish Championship race this weekend, took 6th in the last race on a Honda CBR. He had a disastrous season last year when they tried a Ducati. Back home to Honda this year.

 

See what I mean? Those damn Swedes are everywhere, even in Sweden. Uff Da!

My old boss from my bike shop days was raised in a community, settled by Swedes, in Wisconsin. I commented once on his lunch of pickled white fish and he replied "I was raised on food that would probably gag you."

 

Mock them all you like but I think I just heard on the radio a few minutes ago that a rusty old Harley sold at auction here last night for over $600,000 in unrestored condition. Could be wrong but that is what I think I heard

 

That sounds about right. There is no accounting for taste.

That dude that hit the dumb ass's harley was riding an incredible wheelie...but then again, bad image for motorcyclist....Saw two separate riders last week riding wheelies standing up on the 170 Hollywierd frwy

 

how could you wheelie like a boss, but then not be able to counter steer? Odd learning curve there.

Some modded brakes, a pizza size sprocket and excellent stunting skills can make a Harley look like a boss. These guys should go to Sturgis and freak out the Kool aid crowd. Do it ass-less chaps and bandannas.

 

Harley brakes and sprockets will do it every time. Are those the same dudes who were teamed up on Buells before HD screwed Eric?

 

Had to be, these guys had skills.

 

I think I saw them perform at a car and bike show a few back at the local casino.. They are good! Probably getting paid by HD too but you can bet your behind they don't do that stuff on the street for anybody.
