I'm the proud new papa of a Micron slip on Exhaust, I have had my bike for 5 years and always wanted one, and now I finally do, when I fired it up it was like a choir of angels singing my favorite song.
As for putting the thing on the bike, you lot that say that they are easy to put on are either full of it, or just lucky. I could not get my band around the silencer, and get them to meet in the same spot to save my life, I ended up having to bend the end it was like it was about 5mm too short or Micron need to come up with a better method to strap it up.

But all griping aside, I only wish I had done it sooner,
    See you out there
    God I'm so happy.

Your so right about pictures here they are!

    Nice looking pipe.

BTW, how on earth can you stand to ride on that piece of concrete that Honda refers to as a seat?

    KC-10 FE out...

Hey KC-10, I have never know anything else, so the seat still seems OK to me. But if it's anything like the feeling of putting on an after market pipe, I really should get one ASAP.

And Reg71 yes I did go back and put in pic's but I thought it would add that it had been edited automatically.

I bought my sixth generation with the Microns installed, and frankly, was disappointed. Decent tone at low revs, but WAY too quiet for my tastes. Anyone have cans that are a bit more aggressive sounding? I'll trade them for a set of Microns!

One week on and a quick review of the pipe.
I never thought I would say this, but it is a bit too quite I hit about 50 mph and all I can hear is my engine, It still sounds amazing at low rev's but I want everyone to enjoy my bike as much as I do.

Hey bobby, nice pipe! BTW, do you ride in the Miramesa area? I work in Sorrento Valley (live in Clairemont/PB) and I have been a red VFR on miramesa blvd a few times. Let me know if you are interested in doing a ride sometime.

These were actually for an RC51 and have a mounting slot on the back. I fabbed a link from the pass. peg mounts to them. You can barely see it in the pic. Nice clean look.

If I were you, I'd get the strap powdercoated black and it would almost disappear on your bike. You'll also find that the finish is really easy to care for. I don't know why.
