Brothers....I just purchased a used VFR with 7365 miles on it. Sat for 5 years with a gallon of fuel in it. Did I get a fair price considering everything needs to be replaced..fluids, tyers, fuel , pump and filter base.
    Just curious......bike looks bitchin!:tongue-new:

Sounds like a deal to me. Are you able to do the work yourself? Oh, and like Rob said, where are the pics?

Sounds like an excellent deal to me. Make sure to take it to a dealership for the wiring harness recall if it hasn't been done on it yet.

Well not to beat a dead horse :deadhorse: but :worthless:

Oh yeah, Welcome to The World and congratulations! If you can do all the work yourself, it was a steal!

BTW, I was able to flush fill the coolant and do an oil change on my bike and replace all three sets of brake pads and bleed the brakes on a fellow VFR's bike today, so if you need any help I'm usually available! I work cheap...

I really, strongly encourage you to get your injectors pulled and cleaned, maybe swirl some gas tank cleaner through it as well. 5 years is hella long for fuel, even if it had stabilizer in it.

I agree. Has anyone seen or tried the Motion Pro injector cleaner kits? Probably not as thorough as a professional job and without the flow printout summary that they usually provide, but interesting none the less.

Speaking of pix, a few gas tank cleaning, brake bleeding and mostly some with scantily clad (if at all) chicas with great racks are always welcome.
