West Coast Convention Date ?

Hey Everyone,
I can't remember was there ever a date and place set for a west coast convention ? I know we had kicked around a few dates but was one set in stone ? I wanted to plan for time off work and lets do some cool things not just drink in cabins the whole time. Maybe some cool country rides. (speed)

 

Yep, never was put in Concrete, last I heard was something about Reno? then something about Redding or Red Bluff? never a firm date though

 

So lets be men and put something together ?

 

If I have a couple weeks notice I can pretty much meet anywhere in Central/Northern Calif or Nevada.

 

I agree i just need to plain a date with the boss ....

 

I have one week vacation left, I'd be up for Northern California, we tried this idea multiple times and it never went anywhere, I think if about 3-5 of us could agree on a date, we might be able to get some serious riding in, I've already told the wife a week is set aside just for riding.

 

What did i start now , hey i have to agree if we could set a date ? i have a week left and the wife knows so im in just where and when ? ok ... i will start .... how about in 2007 ? next

 

also i am in southern calif. any one want to get together and ride our bikes up north ? and where are we riding to ?

 

Jeez, :frown: I wish this had come up sooner or that I had been paying attention. I'll be in Red Bluff starting my Hwy 36 run June 30 or July 1. Too soon to plan, isn't it...

 

so june,july,aug or sep ? and how about Northern California or vagas ?

 

my vote would be for sep. ? because i am going on vacation with my family in aug. . and where are we going ?

Now that sounds awesome ! the scenery in Or. and Wa. realy would be interesting. i guess i might drive my dulley up to where we meet and ride the bike from there ? i must be getting old that bike kicks my ass on long trips and i have been having my hands go numb alot lately ?

 

I just checked my vacation schedule and the week of August 20 is open, that means I would have from August 18 to the 26th to do nothing but ride, do you guys feel like riding north? I'll meet you in N. California and I'll Guarantee you it will be the best riding week of your life...

I am going to be on vacation with my family in idaho and wyoming for the last three weeks in August and i was hoping to swing it when i got back ? im excited about a northern calif. trip that sounds cool and alot of hot pictures, or maybe a Vagas trip ?
maybe next year we should plain this earlyer and set a date so we all can plain for our vacations better ?

 

Hi reg , thats right its this weekend i forgot, im going to be on vacation with my family in AUG. and up in your area i know i wont have the vfr it will be the suburban and family but if your around maybe we can meet up for some dinner i will buy ?
