If the search function was worth anything, I would have found the other threads. Such as it is, searches for V4 Superbike and RC213V-S turned up nil.

I've already owned a Harley and it was cool, but not cool enough to justify keeping for the amount of labor involved. It was a 1945 750cc military bike in perfect condition with all of the original tan leather gear in gorgeous condition, including the rifle sheath, which I just had to buy an M1 Garand for to complete the unit. Started, ran and rode well... (Some of the time) Sold it to a friend who was more inclined to keep it as a pet and give it the care it needed.

45 cubic inches = 741 cubic centimeters. So for all intents and purposes it was a 750.
Not that it ever made more than 30 horsepower or so.

    I love intensive purposes.

The rare ones in that era were the BMW copies made by HD. There are other examples made in Russia and China on the same platform. The patents kind of went away during WWII.

There was a shop in Seattle several years ago that had several WL types that came from South Africa that I understand were brand new. The shop owner was from SA..

If the current owner wants to up the HP he can pull the engine and send it or the heads to Jerry Branch. I can't promise it will do wheelies but....
