    Alert (WI)

Found another Stealership to notify other riders of.

Some dealerships are fair to excellent.

Some are the worst thing according to riders. Period.

Action Power Sports in Waukesha, WI. Caveat Emptor......

World is full of crooks, some absolute dogs out here, got one in particular that will put his arm around your shoulder, smile at you, while his other hand is rummaging around in your pockets to steal every cent from you. There is a never ending stream of people being stung by this prick but these seems to be a never ending supply of people fronting up, but you only hear about them after they have been burned

Does it matter? You saw it on the Internet so now you know it's true. Next it'll be printed in Rolling Stone.

SOS.. Google this outfit and there are 33 not so glowing entries on the page. This dealer answers some of the complaints and has the usual excuses laying it on the customer. "Powersports" is a network of dealerships. There's one in Enumclaw,WA that you better have your wallet chained down when you walk in. Enumclaw is the last stopover on the highway to Mt. Rainier National Park. This outfit will try to charge ya for airing up a tire. Not according to Rolling Stone..;)

Customer service means nothing...the only thing that is important is the brand of oil they use when servicing your bike.

If you dudes were real bikers you'd know what kind of oil to use:

It does matter, but the details in this particular case are not important.

What IS important is that IF you HAVE to go into THIS dealership you have been warned: Do NOT hand over any money for any machine until it passes 110% inspection first.

Do NOT sign any paperwork until you have gone through the numbers and done them yourself, TWICE. Bring along a Lawyer friend if you have one.

This Dealership is covered by multiple LLC shell Corps, in different County locations: In a legal wrangle you had BETTER have one kick ass attorney to chase them across several County lines, and articulate a case with several DAs.

"Laymans' terms"; unless you've been taken for a Felony level violation ($10,000+) most DAs won't pursue it, and THEY know it. Now you do too.

These are good times for finding good deals on bikes, it's a buyers' market. Some of the dealers are doing ANYthing to keep their 3 cabins up north on our dime.

Now, this advice may seem obvious, but following through when you've got your "deal" in your sights can be tough. Stick together and help each other out-it aint a crime.
