I am curious as to just how many 2014 VFR800's are out there. Mine was built 8/2014 with the last of the VIN 000424. I saw one yesterday that was built 4 months earlier but only about 30 digits lower. I would love to see the VIN's and build dates of any owners on the forum. Just being curious.

Well Mine was born 4/14 and the Last vin digits are 0137. Its pearl white, I've wondered if the vin order would reflect color choices at Honda.

Mine is a black beastie that rolled off the line in 6/2014, with the VIN finishing 0144.

Not big numbers are they, demand must be low, April to June they built 8, then from June to August they built another 279 hope the Honda Postie bike production helps their figures :biggrin-new:

Mine is 4/14 #00340, not in keeping with the sequence, I think there are a lot more than you think.

Allyance yours is easy to work out, it was meant to be number 34 but the bloke stamping on the numbers forgot a zero before the 34 so he added it after the 34 making it 340 :smile-new: This would then mean they built 103 in April 2014

I would have to agree, since mine is 5/14 and 391. Although this does make it confusing, as we now have at least 3 verified US models from 4/14 with a 77, 137, and a 340 :der:

I think it just proves those high number 4/14 ones must be ringers :potstir:

Rob, I bet there is a Happy Ending each time you ride #69. Did you have to pay extra for that one?

I was a bit amused when I picked up the bike. Thinking I should get Nicky Hayden to sign the tail piece for something.

I also got a '13 F6B with the SN 000071. It is low SN city in my garage.

As a proud owner of a candy red 07, I'm waiting for either Pearl Black or Candy Red to come out before I upgrade. I love the fact that they went to more Sport/Touring design the the 7th gen which was more Sport and not so much touring
