I have been a long time fan of the Honda V4 ever sense I brought a 82 V45 Magna back from the grave. It was a labor of love but I found my self wanting a second bike. I was thinking of a V65 Magna but the Interceptor was calling my name. So after much searching I finally found a 86 VFR750F in nice shape and jumped right on it. I love this bike nice power and good handling. It is mostly stock from what I can tell just Cobra F1 Slip ons and that is it. So if you have any suggestions on what I can add so I don't ask the usual Newb questions feel free to tell me.

I've got the same bike. It's a classic. If anything, I would suggest that you try to get the stock exhaust so that you can put it back to original condition. Where in NY are you located?
