In left down corner you can see a piston. I think if you need a righthand headlight it must be put in. If it put out a mirror turn in left hand.

No problem. I don't know how in Europe, in Russia you can ride and with a left hand headlight it's some difficult for rider. About a driver riding toward nobody cares

OK - a few questions and a suggestion on what to do now.

Question 1 - the "something inside" picture - Do you mean there was (is) something broken off and floating around loose inside the headlamp? The H4 bulb is a twin filament bulb (so provides dipped and main beam) but it must be located in precisely the correct position relative to BOTH the reflector and the lens of your headlights. If the bulb or reflector is loose and in the wrong place it can shine directly at oncoming traffic and blind other road users - who just might get annoyed and decide to drive straight at you!!!

Question 2 - Looking at the picture marked "without glass" it looks like the reflector which shrouds the bulb end is tipped to one side. If the headlamp is intended to be neutral then that reflector shroud should be central? Have you knocked it out of position?

Question 3 - I thought the glass lens on those headlamps was bonded to the plastic reflector housing, and not designed for removal. Did you break it off or was it already loose? I guess you should be able to glue and reinstate the lens in the housing but you will need make sure you find a suitable glue.

If you are correct and your headlamp is a universal (non dipping) version, then it may be that you just need to ensure it is properly aligned. In which case I suggest you follow the guidance in your manual. Alternatively try this :-

Place the bike on level ground with the front wheel just touching a vertical wall (i.e. the front tyre is touching the wall). An underground garage or multi-storey car park is ideal as it makes it very easy to see where the beam is falling. Then with friends helping to stabilise the bike, sit on the bike wearing your normal biking gear (and any other load you usually have on the bike) and gently bounce the bike once to settle the suspension. Then whilst you are still sat on the bike get an assistant to precisely measure the "vertical" height from the ground to the dead centre point of the headlamp lens. (you may need a spirit level to get an accurate height). Dismount and then roll the bike back to allow you to measure the same distance up the wall. Use a sprit level and marker pen to draw a level line at that height on the wall directly in front of the bike.

Now move the bike straight back until the front tyre is exactly 10 metres from the wall. Again with friends holding the bike stable, remount the bike and gently bounce the bike to settle the suspension and then turn on your dipped beam headlights, and carefully examine the beam pattern on the wall.

Follow the user manual instructions as necessary to adjust the dipped beam light(s) up/down until none of the core (the bright bit) of the beam pattern illuminates the wall above the level line on the wall. Ideally if the dipped beam is just below the line it should be fine for most touring.

NB If the dipped beam pattern produced by your headlamp is not flat topped but instead has a distinct sloping up section on one side then your headlamp is not universal. If when seated on the motorbike the sloping up side is to the right then it is designed for use in mainland Europe and Russia, if it slopes up on the left side it is designed for use in the UK.

    Hope that helps

    For first question.
On the photo "something inside" shows the piston rod which is inserted into the reflector. it was disconnected because of this reflector does not rotate properly right. Now its OK!
    Question 2.
In the photo "without glass", so maybe came out of the corner of photography, he actually proportional.
    Question 3.
That's right, the body is associated with the glass sealant. to gently remove it is necessary to heat the body, while the glue is easily. for this I used my oven in the kitchen, nothing complicated. if you're interested I can further explain how to do it. Separating the glass from the body I stuck piston in the lower left corner, which was disconnected. In my next spotlight was breaking when I had previously tried to adjust the light, which stands on the puck stock is responsible for the adjustment of the light up and down, disconnect and fell to the bottom of the lights, so that the reflector to move freely. Now I fixed this.
Now reflector is rotated to the correct side for me. after a few days I'll try connect spotlight to the motorcycle and I will write you the result!

Brilliant - sounds like you have figured out what was wrong and it is sorted now.
