Well I just saw on ebay out here a 1984 Suzuki RG500, as new, with 1400 ks on the clock, bidding over $40,000 and reserve not met. Wonder how the seals are on it?, but I guess if you can spend that sort of money you could afford to get the seals replaced

I mean, definitely looks like a nice bike from first impressions. I just disagree with using "brand new". It's a great condition low mileage VFR, but at two decades is enough time to rot O-rings, produce pitting of brake and clutch pistons etc.. who knows if the fork oil has ever been touched. probably no reason with those few miles.

#36 on the list is ???????/ Yup our beloved VFR and here is what they said about it.

    Year: 2000
    Type: Sport Touring

The VFR underlines the importance of livability in the fast road equation. The VFRs have historically been more technologically exciting than their CBR stablemates, with singlesided-swingarms, VTEC, and ABS. The latest VFR even has a dual-clutch transmission. However, the fifth generation was better looking and wasn't burdened with pointless technology; it is the best of the VFRs. :chaingun:

Oh and not that I should have to explain but since everyone had so much fun with it, I didn't sell my left or right nut. Not that I wouldn't for the right price. :hss:
