DOOOOOODE! I will update the thread when I get home. On a day ride right now with Kingsley in BC's interior. Right now having lunch at Sturgis North held in Merrit. Fuggen hogs everywhere. Roads very oily!

 

A aftermarket mirror cost me $52 shipped-that's the lowest I could find-just like me you had the bolt too tight so the mirror would just swing away, set that bolt just tight enough so it doesn't move while riding. I dropped my bike five times with only minor damage and once used my foot as a slider-that really hurt and I didn't ride again till I put R+G sliders on that have saved the plastic 4 times all ready. But don't listen too me about sliders-go with people who use no cut sliders or no sliders at all and pay the penalty for Pig Napping.:banana::banana::banana::flypig::flypig::flypig::flypig::flypig::flypig::flypig:

I think you should install air bags, so you have a soft fall-wait a min-I should install a
air bags, so I could have a soft fall. I think bikes could have air bags on the sides-buit that would work too well.:stickhorse::twitch::happy:

once the other day while i was cleaning the brake calipers. thankfully its still stripped down so nothing expensive, but i did bend a nobbin. me thinks its for the expenisve bits

add one more drop to my misery riding-making a very sharp turn on a corner-this I should not have tried, thought my new 45 sprocket slower take off would work, will I didn't stall,:grumpy: but it leaned over too far, I hurt my right knee not to bad just sore, sliders saved any scratches and the mirror pushed in-didn't break. this was kind of dangerous because there was a big drop off just off the road-got out of there as fast as I could and I did pick the bike up myself.

 

Nuff said.
