I was surprised that these Gold fran s3 $28 pads were cheaper than the $33 EBC pads, yet they look better too!

I know I'll regret this, but how do brake pads "look better"?

Bad Billy approved, take a look at www.GoldFrenusa.com and the braking chart- Looks like they work well Hot or cold. By the way someone else mentioned them because he thought they work well-they are HH pads. But for the price $28 and just as good or better than the EBC at $33. If I do the whole bike three disks that's $84 for some bad ass she male brakes-to use a quote from Bad Billy AKA the Troll, AKA Billy the Kid.:mechanic::faint2::hi2::boink:

Stop all this nonsense about price, recommendations, effectiveness and charts that show how well they work in cold or heat. What we really want to see is side by side pictures to know which pad looks better.

No, it's the kind of fancy that puts you in the fast lane from L.A. to Tokyo.

I think brake pads are amazing tech, you need to balance with rotor wear. So far I was thinking the goldFren 33 pads look braking cool-they are self cleaning and can take a lot of heat-they are HH+ and last a bit longer than the s3.

Maybe since the sub-subject of how good a set of pucks look is never going to be addressed, we should discuss an even more important side, that of anti-falling over brakes.

All this cat talk going on makes me wonder if SOW might be running one of those puppy mill operations with cats. Probably no license, insurance, inspections by the health departments etc.,
