Figured I'd start a new thread with pics.

First pic with the Givi Bag off...

It sounds righteous and thanks to Jim for giving me the system, but for the folks on this board willing to help - Thanks!

    Thanks!

The alignment of the pipes isn't perfect (the left can is canted a bit) but considering I didn't get the LV hardware for the tail section I'm happy with it.

Can't beat a FREE exhaust system!

Nice! BTW, my leo's also have a left can alignment issue. I spent hours and hours, just can't get it symetric.

If you didn't get the LV hardware you might be missing some spacers. They mount with rear exhaust hanger highlighted in the pic. Roughly about 5/8-3/4 of an inch thick. These will help get spacing right. Any good hardware store should have something you can use as a replacement. I can't remember if factory Honda system had them.

Final fitment has a lot to do with the Y pipe & intermediate pipes (short pipes just before the cans). A small difference in the rotation angle of these pipes will affect on how the cans are pointed.

Great scoop, thanks Arnzinator. With all the bikes I've owned over the years I have a lot of extra bits and bobs laying around to try out.

    Excellent pic, very helpful!
