Anyone know where I can get a pair of "VFR" stickers that are like the OEM ones it originally came with? I don't need any others, just the two and I don't feel like paying almost $70 for a complete set (a la ebay).

    Thanks!

As much as I hate to say it, I might be inclined to check with your local dealer. The stuff is more expensive but being in Canada and ordering from the US can get expensive when it comes to shipping charges from some of the OEM manufacturers. At least if you order from the dealer it may be more expensive but at least the shipping is free.

I have ordered some OEM parts for my wife's 96 VFR750 recently (a clutch slave cylinder and gaskets) from Partzilla.com and they were about 1/3 the cost of the local Honda dealer including the shipping. Not sure if the decals would bear the same difference but it is worth a look. They also ship via USPS so you don't wind up paying customs brokerage fees or taxes on the parts, but it does take longer. My parts showed withing 10 days of ordering.

Here is the link to their site.

What year and model or P/N is it for the OEM "VFR" decals? Or if I go to extremedecals.com what size are the OEM's?

Sorry, I listed the wrong website. I ordered from xtremedecals.com. The have yet to arrive yet but some googling led to another thread here with others who had ordered from them. Seems that they list a US fax number but are located in Europe. I'll report back when they arrive.

I hate those typos! Thanks for clearing it up :)

I'd say these are pretty close to OEM: http://shop.xtremedecals.com/shop/item.aspx?itemid=514

There are various sizes listed, default is 12x2 - can someone measure to see if that is the stock size? ( I don't need the tank ones (particularly as the ones on the tank are covered by a clear coat) and the small "Honda" on the back is still in great shape. So $24 + S&H... pricey for a couple of stickers, but what can you do...)

    Thanks!

I bought item 634. They arrived today. They were postmarked as being sent July 9th from Malta. That was the 1st business day after I placed my order. I used the cheap $5 shipping option. The next option up provides tracking and is supposed to be faster and was like $2 more. For some reason I thought they were coming from Kentucky and would of been here in 2 days anyway so I didn't spring for the extra $2.

I have not put them on the bike yet but just looking at them they look pretty good. The Honda and Honda wings are all individual pieces with a tape "backing" on the non adhesive side so you put them all on correctly spaced. Will post pictures when I start putting them on the bike. From pictures I've seen of other VFRs, they look to be sized similar to OEM. I'll also admit to getting them in non standard colors since I just painted my bike white. The "VTEC v4" is red and the outlie of VFR is black with silver fill.

Pretty easy to apply. Each color is a separate piece of vinyl. The backing keeps it all lined up while you apply it.
