Lately my wife and I ride two up often and she is complaint about her :ass: hurt after couple hours of riding.
I have Sargent seat and I did get her an Airhawk but she still not satisfy. She claim the seat is to slippery cause her to slide front and back when I brake or taking off.
    Any other suggestion out there?
I am thinking of getting a custom seat but they are all mix review (Just like tires and oils thread):playful:
I know Tink is very please with his seat but I am not planning to ride out to Co anytime soon.
As you know a happy wife is a happy life :thumb: I like her to be comfy so we can ride more...............!

This may help in finding someone local for a custom seat. Rich's is as far away as Colorado. Check out his site and how its done right so you can find someone in your area.

    Google "Rich's Seats"

Harleydoods just glue some sandpaoer to their seats and get "those" T-shirts according to Oprah..

It sounded like you wanted to fit you wife's behind not mine. BB does not ride bitch! LOL

Reading between the lines, that seat oufit installs some sort of foam and gel pads. There is a disclaimer that states they are not responsible if the seat cover no longer fits, IOW even if it does fit, that is what you and your wife are sitting on. AC 762 is in New Jersey..

The gel pads come from the medical end of things (pun intended) are are used in hospital type beds for long stays. There are two types of gels that I am aware of. One type if left in the sun retains the heat The other less so.

That Brit stuff looks different than the Walmart stuff.. The Walmart stuff has diamond shapes. There is a heavier duty type that comes in rolls used for sinks, sink tops ect from reataurant suppliers. Great for keeping sleeping bags from sliding off Thermarests.

Another alternative though limited in color is a chunk of 4" 40 grit from a belt sander. Not recommended for use with assless chaps for most folks..

Just to throw this out there, a proper rear shock seemed to help my fiance (and myself) a bit as the big bumps aren't nearly as rough and you don't seem to get irritated as quickly. I've got a fat ass myself so that helps too.

Better be careful what you ask for. You may end up getting a video of me hula hooping to "I'm sexy and I know it" wearing one of those new half-speedo's that are all the rage on the beaches these days.

I had my seat redone by a local motor trimmer.
I got the seat reshaped for my short arse, dropped the front part around 20mm and shaved the sides a bit.
I also extended the rear about 30mm forward and cut it more square to give me a back stop, and also shaved around 10mm from the centre rear to give the missus a bit of a hollow to sit in.
The front of the seat is done with a slippery type of vinyl, but the rear I had done with a textured surface to offer her a bit more grip.
Before, she use to slide around a fair bit, and didn't enjoy going hard.
Now we can keep up with the boys and she doesn't complain. I can slide around and hang off the bike a bit, and she sits tight.
